We at DVC-Rental know that Life Happens and you can’t always plan for every eventuality. We pride ourselves on our High Customer Service Standards and due to popular demand, we are happy to introduce our Brand NEW No Questions Asked Travel Insurance!
Our optional travel insurance plan can be added to any DVC-Rental reservation that is booked with non-discounted points. The cost to add this insurance to your reservation is $2 per point, with a minimum cost of $200. The insurance must be added within 7 days of the original booking date and must be paid in full with the final balance due for the reservation.
Our No Questions Asked Travel Insurance allows you to cancel or change your reservation for any reason, up to 4 days prior to your check-in date. Our insurance will allow you to cancel or change your reservation, according to the Refund Timetable listed below.
Once you add our No Questions Asked Travel Insurance, you will be able to make changes to the reservation including change of travel dates, villa category, and resort. Any such changes are considered a cancellation of the original reservation and are subject to all conditions of the No Questions Asked Travel Insurance. You will receive a refund according to the Refund Timetable and any additional bookings will be considered and treated as a new reservation and will not be covered under the original No Questions Asked Travel Insurance agreement.
There will be no refunds made if you cancel less than 4 days prior to your check-in date, and any situations beyond the control of DVC-Rental (hurricane, snowstorm, tornado, an act of terrorism, flight cancellation, etc) will not be refunded.
If you choose to decline the No Questions Asked Travel Insurance, there will be no refunds given for any reason (including any situations beyond the control of DVC-Rental such as a hurricane, flight cancellation, snowstorm, tornado, act of terrorism, etc). You will not be able to change the dates, accommodation, or resort for your reservation for any reason, and under any conditions. Please click here to view the sample agreement.
