How does the DVC availability tool work?
Choose a resort, room type, and your dates, and the tool shows the Disney Vacation Club points required and the rental price for that stay. If a room is available to book, you can request it right there; if your exact dates are gone, we can search for you.
How much does it cost to rent DVC points?
Your total is simply the number of points a stay requires multiplied by our current per-point rental rate — the availability tool calculates it for you instantly. Renting points this way typically costs up to 50% less than booking the same Deluxe Villa directly through Disney.
What if my dates or resort are not available?
Submit an availability request and our team searches directly with Disney for your dates — availability changes constantly as other guests cancel. You can also browse confirmed reservations on our Deals page, which are already booked and ready to transfer.
How far in advance can I book a DVC stay?
DVC members can book their home resort up to 11 months ahead and other resorts up to 7 months ahead, so the earlier you check availability the more options you will see — especially for popular resorts and holiday weeks.
