A confirmed reservation is a Disney Vacation Club stay a member has already booked— fixed dates, a resort, a room type, and a real Disney confirmation number. You’re not requesting a booking and hoping it comes through; you’re renting a stay that’s locked in and ready to transfer to your name, usually for up to 50% less than booking the same Deluxe Villa directly with Disney.

A confirmed reservation is a Disney Vacation Club stay that a member has already booked — it has real dates, a resort, a room type, and a Disney confirmation number. Instead of requesting a booking and waiting, you rent a stay that is locked in and ready, then we put it in your name.
How do confirmed reservation rentals work?
Pick a confirmed reservation that fits your trip, check out securely online, and we transfer the booking to you and add your party as the guests. You receive the Disney confirmation number and can link the stay to My Disney Experience.
How much can I save with a confirmed reservation?
Renting DVC points typically saves up to 50% versus booking the same Deluxe Villa directly through Disney at rack rates. Because a confirmed reservation is already booked, you also skip the wait and the risk of the dates selling out.
Are confirmed DVC reservations refundable?
No. Like most discounted DVC point rentals, confirmed reservations are non-refundable once booked, which is part of how the savings are possible. We offer optional travel insurance if you would like protection for your trip.
Can I change the dates, resort, or room on a confirmed reservation?
Confirmed reservations are fixed — the dates, resort, and room type cannot be changed, because the stay is already booked. If you need specific dates or a specific resort, use our Check Availability tool to request a custom booking instead.
